Mike Buccerone, PGA

President – East Coast Golf Management

A decorated PGA Member, Mike provides the strategic vision for East Coast Golf and its subsidiary companies. Mike founded the company in 2011 and has been the driving force behind our growth and success. Mike is a nationally recognized leader in golf and retail operations and an expert in the development of key strategic partnerships. Prior to founding ECG, Mike served in executive and club leadership positions with some of the nation’s most recognized golf properties.

Rob Mosser, PGA

Executive Vice President

East Coast Golf Management

In his role as EVP, Rob provides leadership for all of ECG’s divisions and serves as our liaison for intercompany and vendor relationships. An expert in golf marketing, Rob also spearheads the destination marketing efforts for all our properties, working with local, regional and national media outlets as well as our digital platforms. Rob is a PGA Member and industry veteran with broad experience in all phases of club management.

Chris Hendrick, PGA

Vice President – Operations

As VP of Operations for ECG, Chris is responsible for all phases of club operations at ECG’s owned and managed facilities. In addition to leading our operations team, he also spearheads ECG’s revenue management services, budgeting, financial forecasting and benchmarking initiatives as well as club level marketing and communication efforts. Chris is a PGA member with multi club and executive level experience at world class resort, private and daily fee facilities. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Golf Tourism Solutions and The Myrtle Beach Area Golf Course Owners Association.

AJ Gohil
Vice President of-Sales and Business Development

AJ uses his 30 years of golf industry experience in the Myrtle Beach area to help golf courses increase their sales each year. He works in close coordination with golf directors, hotel general managers, local restaurants, and marketing directors in the golf and resort industry to build unique packaged golf and travel promotions. He has been very successful in increasing golf package sales and helping resorts selling more room nights through offering great golf vacation packages. He is very involved in the community, serving as president of the North Myrtle Beach Rotary , serving on the North Myrtle Beach Chamber Board and has held board positions in the past for the Myrtle Beach Golf Hall of Fame and Grand Strand Golf Directors Association. He loves people and is the “Connector”.

Dave Bear

Director of Member Services and Engagement

Dave leads ECG’s efforts with regards to member engagement and service. With over 8,000 members in our network, Dave coordinates events, outings and concierge services to enhance the membership experience at our properties. With over 25 years of golf packaging, travel and leisure experience, he works closely with our operations team and vendor partners to create a best-in-class membership product.
