Mike Buccerone, PGA 

President

A decorated PGA Member, Mike Buccerone provides the strategic vision for East Coast Golf Management and its subsidiary companies. Since founding the company in 2011, Mike has been the driving force behind its growth and success.

Nationally recognized as a leader in golf and retail operations, Mike is also an expert in building key strategic partnerships that elevate both the game and the business of golf. Before establishing ECGM, Mike held executive and leadership roles at some of the nation’s most prestigious golf properties, bringing a wealth of experience to every endeavor.

Mike’s passion and expertise continue to shape the future of ECGM and the courses it serves.

Rob Mosser, PGA 

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Rob Mosser provides leadership across all of East Coast Golf Management’s divisions and serves as the primary liaison for intercompany and vendor relationships. A seasoned PGA Member and industry veteran, Rob brings extensive expertise in all aspects of club management.

An authority in golf marketing, Rob drives destination marketing efforts for ECGM properties, collaborating with local, regional, and national media outlets, as well as leveraging digital platforms to maximize exposure and engagement. His vision and dedication ensure the success of both our company and the courses we represent.

Chris Hendrick, PGA 

Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Chris Hendrick oversees all aspects of club operations at East Coast Golf Management’s owned and managed facilities. A PGA Member with extensive multi-club and executive-level experience, Chris has worked with world-class resort, private, and daily fee facilities.

In addition to leading ECGM’s operations team, Chris drives revenue management services, budgeting, financial forecasting, benchmarking initiatives, and club-level marketing and communication efforts. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Golf Tourism Solutions and the Myrtle Beach Area Golf Course Owners Association, reflecting his dedication to the growth and success of the golf industry.

AJ Gohil

Vice President of Sales and Business Development

With over 30 years of golf industry experience in the Myrtle Beach area, AJ Gohil excels at increasing revenue through innovative golf and travel promotions. He works closely with golf directors, hotel general managers, local restaurants, and marketing professionals to design unique packages that boost golf package sales and drive resort room nights.

AJ is also actively involved in the community and has served on boards for the North Myrtle Beach Chamber, Myrtle Beach Golf Hall of Fame, and Grand Strand Golf Directors Association. Known as “The Connector,” his passion for building relationships and creating value continues to strengthen both the golf industry and the communities he serves.

Dave Bear 

Director of Member Services and Engagement

Dave Bear leads member engagement and services for the Myrtle Beach Golf Trail (MBGT), East Coast Golf Management’s Marketing Co-op, which boasts a growing network of over 10,000 members. He organizes events, outings, and concierge services to enrich the membership experience and foster lasting connections across all participating properties.

With more than 25 years of expertise in golf packaging, travel, and leisure, Dave works closely with the operations team and vendor partners to create a best-in-class membership product. His commitment ensures members of the MBGT enjoy exceptional value and unforgettable golf experiences.

 

Casey Cook, PGA 

Director of Retail Operations

Growing up in Maryland, Casey Cook began his golf industry journey in 2000, working at a local driving range with a small retail sales store. This experience sparked his interest in course management, particularly how retail sales complement overall business profitability. After moving to Myrtle Beach to pursue his passion for golf retail, Casey became a PGA Member in 2009.

A decorated PGA Member, Casey has won multiple awards, including the prestigious PGA Carolinas Section Merchandiser of the Year in 2022 and again in 2024. As Director of Retail Operations at East Coast Golf Management, his goal is to continue offering fashionable, high-quality products that attract golfers to the shop, enhancing the overall retail experience and driving business success.

Cassie Sepp

Director of Marketing

Cassie Sepp is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for the golf industry. With a degree in Digital Marketing & Public Relations and a minor in Graphic Design, she leads the development of innovative marketing strategies, specializing in creating impactful campaigns that connect with both new and loyal guests.

Cassie’s expertise spans social media strategy, branding, and communications, and she thrives on fostering collaboration within teams to drive successful, forward-thinking initiatives. Her passion for the golf industry fuels her dedication to redefining how golfers experience golf courses and resorts, always striving to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Tynisha Melvin-Lewis

Human Resources / Payroll Generalist

With nearly a decade of HR experience, Tynisha has worked in diverse industries, including 10 years in the Myrtle Beach hotel industry, 10 years with Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands, and five years with South Carolina State Government. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Tynisha has returned to hospitality, where her passion lies in serving internal customers with sincerity and compassion. She enjoys traveling and reading autobiographies.
